These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "Player", "User", or "you") and huat88 (hereinafter referred to as "huat88", "the Platform", "we", or "us"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://huat88.cam (the "Website").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the huat88 platform — including the Website, any mobile-optimised version, or any associated applications — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by a User on the huat88 platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, bonus amount, or free bet awarded to a Player that is subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by huat88 before a Player may complete withdrawal requests.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also referred to as "Rollover") means the total monetary value of bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the huat88 website, services, games, and betting products accessible at https://huat88.cam.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bonus claim, or transfer of funds to or from a Player's Account.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to huat88 is restricted, suspended, or prohibited under applicable law or huat88's own operational policies.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software company whose casino games, live dealer services, or sports data feeds are made available through the huat88 platform.

To register and maintain an Account on huat88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are aged 21 years or above. huat88 strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age policy for all casino-style gambling and sports betting activities.
2. You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your place of residence before registering.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of huat88 or any of its Game Providers, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
5. You have not previously had an Account on huat88 that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
6. You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on huat88. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all such Accounts being closed and any associated Balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. huat88 will not be liable for any losses or delays arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify huat88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

huat88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or in response to unusual account activity. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed to huat88's satisfaction.

All deposits on huat88 are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost
• GrabPay
• DuitNow (instant transfer)
• FPX — Financial Process Exchange (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong)
• 7-Eleven Cliqq (cash deposit)
• USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin (BTC) cryptocurrency deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. huat88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice. Deposits funded from third-party sources or accounts not registered in the Player's name are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

huat88 does not charge deposit transaction fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which remain the Player's responsibility.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money Balance subject to the following conditions:

1. The Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal.
2. Any applicable wagering requirements associated with claimed bonuses must be fully met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
3. The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits for the chosen payment method.
4. The Account must be in good standing with no outstanding security reviews, fraud investigations, or compliance holds.

E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times. These timeframes are indicative; huat88 does not guarantee specific processing speeds.

huat88 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request pending further verification, where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, huat88 will communicate the reason for the delay to the Player where legally permissible.

huat88 offers various bonus and promotional programmes, including but not limited to the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus, 100% Standard Welcome Bonus, 188% Esports Welcome Bonus, and the 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus. Each individual bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the respective offer and form part of this Agreement.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 35x means the bonus amount must be wagered 35 times in total).
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is typically MYR 250–500 (as specified in the individual offer terms). Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Game-specific contribution rates are available in each bonus's individual terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses have a finite validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claiming, as specified per offer). Uncompleted wagering requirements and associated Bonus Funds expire at the end of this period.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time unless otherwise specified. Accepting a new bonus while another remains active may forfeit the prior bonus.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonuses impose a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings derived from Bonus Funds. This limit is specified in the individual bonus terms.

huat88 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual Player. If a Player experiences a technical malfunction during gameplay that prevents the completion of a wager or game round, the affected bet will be resolved in accordance with the relevant Game Provider's malfunction policy. huat88's decision in such matters is final.

Sports betting markets on huat88 — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UFC, and other markets — are subject to separate sportsbook rules and settlement policies. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. huat88 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly priced markets or in circumstances where clear pricing errors are evident.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the huat88 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on huat88.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes or exploit casino promotional structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in a deliberate and systematic manner.
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access your Account or use your credentials.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activities or from payment accounts not registered in your name.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing huat88 staff or other players in any support or communication channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the huat88 platform without prior written authorisation from huat88. All rights not expressly granted under this licence are reserved.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, huat88, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

huat88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Player's Account at any time, subject to the following provisions:

A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting huat88's customer support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met.

huat88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account would pose a regulatory or legal risk to huat88. In cases of termination for breach, huat88 may forfeit any Balance held in the Account, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law.

huat88 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on the Player's Account. The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the huat88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which huat88 is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact huat88's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body, or to the courts of the governing jurisdiction as the case may require.
